AMAKA (EPISODE 10)
FIGHTS
AMAKA: Everyone of us is either fully or partly dependent. Many of us claim they rely on no one except God, many of us wish they can live life without leaning on the assistance or influence of another. But in one way or the other, its obvious that cant be POSSIBLE. Thats the WISH of the HEART BROKEN, "I wont love again, i just wanna be alone for the rest of my life. I can live without men, i have the money and the connection, so i lack nothing", thats what you hear them say. The hate and Anger still fresh and they are enraged with the outcome of their once perfect relationship. But with time, that Anger dies down and that wall of defence they build around their heart out of experience slowly breaks down as time goes on, thats why they said TIME HEALS ALL WOUNDS. It was meant to be 2 right from the start, a man and a woman. This world isnt all about MONEY, nor is it about possession. My new favourite quote says, "IF YOU LOVE A FLOWER, DONT PICK IT UP, BECAUSE IF YOU PICK IT UP, IT DIES AND CEASES TO BE WHAT YOU LOVE. SO IF YOU LOVE A FLOWER, LET IT BE. LOVE IS NOT ABOUT POSSESSION; LOVE IS ABOUT APPRECIATION". A relationship is like A PLANE, meant to be controlled by 2 pilots equally. When there is an incident, the 2 pilots are meant to fight together to ensure that plane doesnt crash, you dont leave all the reaponsibilty for one person. Without LOVE, Life is no fun. That smile, those moments you spent together, think of the positive things you gained, the Joy you shared. Happiness, its all connected to one thing. LOVE. But dont get me WRONG, Love can be your worst NIGHTWARE. There is always a consequence in every action we take. I'm not scared of LOVE, i'm just scared of the Effects when it goes BAD. Being able to talk to someone about everything, having someone to run to in times of trouble, someone to keep you company when you're lonely and someone to make you smile when you're BORED, having someone tell you, "I'M HERE FOR YOU, I WOULD STAND BY YOU, WE WOULD FIGHT THE WORLD TOGETHER AND I'LL NEVER LEAVE YOUR SIDE NO MATTER HOW TOUGH OR DIFFICULT THE JOURNEY GETS, BECAUSE I LOVE YOU". I would give anything to genuinely hear those words from anyone. Like they said, PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. So i'd rather remain in Isolation than get INVOLVED. And even if i'm gonna go through that PAIN, i wanna make sure that person is WORTH IT.
( Then she closes her DIARY, Kept it in her secret vault. Relaxed on the bed, hoping to get a little rest before she tackles the heap of laundry mounted outside waiting for her. Its SATURDAY MORNING. The 3rd Saturday of the month. )
